Reservations

The Willowcroft Farm Vineyards Tasting Room, Loft, and Picnic Area do not require reservations for parties of 1-6 people. Specific events often require tickets, so please be sure to check our Events Ticket page if you are planning to come for an event.

Reservations are required for all Groups 7-12 for tastings, for indoor and outdoor tables, and for those wishing to Taste While You Tour.  Group Table Reservations are available for 2 hours. Your 2-hour visit may be able to be extended depending on space availability. Please make reservations at least 24 hours in advance. Tables may not be moved together. Additional tables may not be commandeered for gift or food tables. All decorations and trash must be removed and disposed of in appropriate trash receptacles. In order to maintain a relaxed atmosphere for our guests, no music, yards games, balls, etc. Our driveway and parking lot cannot accommodate full size buses and over-the-road coaches. If you are coming by bus, you should contact us at info@willowcrofwine.com prior to making your reservation to ensure your hired transportation will have access. Groups splitting into smaller parties does not exempt groups from our group policies. Larger groups are limited at Willowcroft to ensure a relaxing atmosphere for all of our guests. Groups arriving without a Group Reservation will be asked to leave.

We can often to arrange to open early for your group or to host your group on days we are normally closed, so please let us know!
